Hi, so i read your profile and it mentioned that you were a cook for the common ground! Is that the common ground thats related with the 12 tribes? there in my town, and there putting a restaurant up next to my boyfriends business. were trying to start our own community up here in upstate ny. right now its the looking for the perfect spot...
Nope, just checked... haven't seen one at any places, not even at the rock hounds show... sounds expensive being so rare, most i think I spent was like 15 bucks on a Herkimer Diamond, or whatever I paid for my quartz energy crystal. It's flawless and cut in a way so it's large at the base with shallow facets and tapering to a point. I hold it in my palm after raising energy, then direct it outward. If I hold my other hand close, but not touching, and move the crystal, it feels like invisible fingers writing on my hand... too cool.

As for that and your other "hobbies", go checkout a site called, Crystalinks... you'll find plenty of answers there, biggest site on metaphysics I've seen yet. Accurate too, not just speculation like many others.

Profile Information
I'm looking to join, form or already affiliated with an Intentional Community?
Queer, celibate male who has lived a wandering lifestyle in community since 1996. I started at The Lama Foundation in NM after getting sober in Key West. Have lived in 7 Intentional Communities. Want to find one in the mountains of the West with a diverse age pop. I am Pagan/Shaman, into astrology, tarot, crystals,Atlantis, Lemuria, channeling, 2012, The Mayan Calendar, ritual, manifesting dreams, being a Wizard, walking the Path of Transformation. Seek to meet others who feel they are not originally from Planet Earth. I am eclectic, a nonsmoker, lover of adventure and blissful experiences, seeking other single adventurous people of all ages to open to the vibration of change and transformation for creating a community together.
Hobbies:
Reading scifi/fantasy, journaling, nature, hiking, camping, spelunking, canoing, the mountains, dogs, snakes, sweatlodge, sauna, deep sharing, Byron Katie, open communication, being and meeting new people.
What kind of Skill and Support can you offer a community?
I have lived in several communities, hence, I have organizational skills. I also do bookkeeping with Quick Books, landscaping, gardening, I have cooked for Retreat Centers, both vegan and for meaties, also cooked as a volunteer for Common Ground in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. I know a bit about Walden 2 and Labor systems for intentional Community. I am positive and a good communicator and facilitator for conflicts. I have no financial support yet, am willing to barter for a place to live with my skills and work ethic.
My Visions or Views for Intentional Communities are:
I believe we are all meant to live communally to restore us to the model the Native Americans started as a "tribe". I believe we have sold out by living cloistered in cities, that our True place is rural and with others in a communal setting. I see many intentional communities in the future, yet, with a tribal slant, I long to meet other brothers & sisters who share this idea and are willing to make it happen through creative process and determined efforts. I envision that as a start to the New Earth.
