About Me:
I’m a 27 year old American-Korean adoptee. I just moved back to Minnesnowta from my recent summer travels. I took off at the end of April of this year, worked hard and play harder in Yellowstone National Park.

I tend to see things for what they could be, not what they actually are..

Awesome Saying:

"You're not your job.

You're not how much money you have in the bank.

You're not the car you drive.

You're not the contents of your wallet.

You're not your f-ing khakis.

You're the all-singing, all-dancing crap of the world.

I see all this potential, and I see squandering.

Gosh dang it, an entire generation pumping gas, waiting tables; slaves with white collars.

Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes, working jobs we hate so we can buy stuff we don't need.

We're the middle children of history, man.

No purpose or place.

We have no Great War.

No Great Depression.

Our Great War's a spiritual war... our Great Depression is our lives.

We've all been raised on television to believe that one day we'd all be millionaires, and movie gods, and rock stars.

But we won't.

And we're slowly learning that fact.

And we're very, very pissed off.

In the world I see - you are stalking elk through the damp canyon forests around the ruins of Rockefeller Center.

You'll wear leather clothes that will last you the rest of your life.

You'll climb the wrist-thick kudzu vines that wrap the Sears Tower.

And when you look down, you'll see tiny figures pounding corn, laying strips of venison on the empty car pool lane of some abandoned superhighway."~Fight Club
Hobbies:
I have tons of varied interests and hobbies, to name a few:
writing, creative art, photography, hiking, mountain biking, camping, building & fixing things, dinking and tinkering with stuff seeing how it works or how it could work better, traveling and getting the chance to meet new people and living & exploring new enriching life experiences..
What kind of Skill and Support can you offer a community?
a variety such as cooking, farm-type labor, some permaculture stuff plus I'm reading, studying and trying to learn about how to build green eco-building and architecture/design
What States are you interested in for Community?
open-ended as I'm currently seeking to a) form a like-minded team to either start an intentional community and/or b) join one as a new entity or team member
My Visions or Views for Intentional Communities are:
People 1st, money 2nd.

I have written up a hypothetical vision, belief(s), rules, by-laws for an unamed village/town/ic, seeking to add ideas to forming or already established ic groups, or like-minded serious about starting an ic.

Much luck, having similar interests and locality I followed your post in the welcome here forum to this website. I like the vibe so far and in the short future will likely use it for blogging. In the meantime, I am out in the Minnesota countryside enjoying some R & R from a long summer of trying to survive the consequences of an unfortunate DUI charge that has me dislocated; lost a career opportunity (probably for the best as it wasn't a passion), my car, and all of a savings I was using to relocate back to the Twin Cities and friends. My first priority is finding a place to live for a while to finish probation requirements, although, I may be starting school this spring semester where a dorm would be available to me mid Jan.

I have spent a large amount of energy on my own thoughts on intentional/community living and believe this is a good time in my life to start taking them to manifestation.

Anyways, If you think we might be able to work together I am interested in discussing opportunities. I am currently 3 1/2 hours away from Mpls. but I have a cell phone with free minutes after 9 or plenty of time to chat online.

What I see about you, Jin, from your profile, I like and agree with. I apologize for not writing much more right now, but I need to go out and work---that old four-letter word---to get ready for a couple scheduled work happenings in the next two days. Am looking forward to visiting more with you!
Talk with ya soon,

Some real smart ones think it's okay to have a campfire on the side of a dry grassy mountain when it's windy.

I took that picture of the fire at my work. I work at an rv dealership right next to the mountain that caughtt fire. We have some pretty nasty forest fires here in Utah. Most of them are human caused or from lightning. It just makes you sick to see that happen.

Happy Holidayz!!

So Merry X-Mas, Happy Hanukkah, Cheery Kawabata, whatev you feel the "politically correct" term should be..

Me, I don't care about being "politically correct" . I believe that I am you, and you are me.

Nevertheless, my reflection on the Holiday Season is NOT about going broke buying "stuff" or the new "trendy cliche thing" you see advertised on tv during NFL Sunday.

Though I think Danica Patrick is totally awesome, sweet and the shiznit! Oh, also add Carrie Underwood to that list por favor, c… Continue
